Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period: “KIDZ BOP LISTENING EVENT FREE DRAW” (the “Free Draw”) begins at 00:01 GMT on Wednesday March 27, 2024 and ends at 11:59 BST on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). The “Sponsor’s” (as defined below) clock is the official timekeeper of the Free Draw.

Eligibility:

The free draw is open to all residents of England, Wales and Scotland aged 18 years or over at the commencement of the Promotion Period and are the parent or legal guardian of a child who is thirteen (13) years old or younger (hereinafter “Entrants”).
To participate in the Free Draw, Entrants must provide an email address to be entered into the Free Draw.
Employees of KIDZ BOP (“Sponsor”) and/or its respective advertising and promotion agencies, affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, and members of their respective immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All applicable governmental regulations apply.

How to Enter:

Upon completing the corresponding Free Draw form, Entrants will be entitled to enter the Free Draw. You must provide an email address to be entered into the free draw. Unless you opt-in for marketing emails, Sponsor will only use email addresses for the purpose of administering the Free Draw in accordance with these rules. They will not be used for any other purpose.
Entrants are limited to one (1) entry per household during the Promotion Period.

Random Drawing:

Potential winners (“Winner(s)”) will be selected at random by Sponsor from among eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration of the Free Draw and prize awards are final.
Potential Winners will be contacted by email promptly upon expiration of the Promotion Period.

Prizes (“Prize(s)”):

Each Winner will be entitled to receive up to two (2) adult admissions and four (4) minor admissions per household (the “Prize”) to the KIDZ BOP listening event at Dolby’s Screening Room in London’s Soho Square on Thursday, April 4^th (the “Event”).
The total potential maximum retail value of each such Prize per household is Sixty (£60) Pounds Sterling

General Rules (“General Rules”):

Entrance into the Free Draw is voluntary, and no purchase is necessary to enter.
The Winners will be asked to provide Sponsor with a full name, email address and other contact information.
Sponsor will email Winners a “Prize Confirmation Form and Release.” The Prize Confirmation Form must be completed and emailed to Sponsor within twenty-four (24) hours of notification attempt, or the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
No unaccompanied minors will be allowed into the Event without their Guardian(s).
All material submitted to Sponsor will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and their respective agencies to use the applicable Winner’s (and/or the child of the applicable Winner) name, biographical information, pictures/portraits, likeness and/or voice, for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation or additional notice, unless prohibited by law.
Winner’s of the Free Draw accept and agree to providing Sponsor their personal details, including, but not limited Winner’s address, email address, and phone number(s) for purpose of Prize distribution.
By participating in this Free Draw, Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the respective decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for technical hardware/software failures of any kind, lost/unavailable network connections, or failed/incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission, which may limit a user’s ability to participate.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel and or modify the Free Draw at will. Additionally, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or disqualify any Entrant if fraud, misconduct, or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Free Draw as determined solely by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical/other error in printing of Free Draw administration/Prize announcement or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with this Free Draw. Sponsor is not responsible for any taxes, fees, accommodations, travel and/or any other costs with respect to the Prizes awarded (if applicable). WINNER(s) ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY IN AND IN CONNECTION WITH WINNER’S USE OF PRIZE. EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND SPONSOR, THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND ASSIGNS AND ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND ASSIGNS HARMLESS AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FREE DRAW AND ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, PERSONAL INJURY AND DEATH. THIS FREE DRAW IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.

Governing Law/Disputes: The Free Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the free draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Privacy: By entering the Free Draw, Entrant agrees to Sponsor’s use of Entrant’s personal information and/or Sponsor sharing such information with third parties for the purposes of (a) the administration of the Free Draw, (b) to publicly announce the Winners of the Prize, and/or (c) demonstrate compliance with applicable governmental laws and regulations covering privacy guidelines and/or random prize drawings.
